Lupin The Third: Farewell My Beloved Lupin, 1979

This is the final episode of Season 2, directed by none other than Hayao Miyazaki. And what makes it even more special is that it features the first on-screen appearance of the ‘Laputa’ robot from Castle in the Sky

Here the robot is called Ramda, owned and controlled by a classic Miyazaki heroine character named Maki Oyamada
